TriCor Policy Statement on Conflict Minerals

As part of its commitment to global social responsibility and in accordance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of the 2010 United States Congress (the “Dodd-Frank Act”), TriCor takes necessary actions to determine whether its products contain Conflict Minerals that originate from sources within the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries that are under the control of extralegal armed groups. TriCor prohibits the use of tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold in revenue products whose supply chains contribute to human rights abuses in the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries. Validated conflict-free sources within the DRC or adjoining countries are acceptable. TriCor expects its suppliers to implement policies and effectively control its supply chain consistent with this prohibition.
